As soon as the early pilgrims started to visit the Holy Land, the local Christian Community of Bethlehem had started to produce a small and simple religious articles made from the olive wood. The articles mentioned included for example rosary beads, and other types of hand carved religious items. To make their living, those people had hoped to sell it to the visitors who visited the church of Nativity during that time.
Later on with the time, these products were developed and improved, so as to contain a wide variety of articles that were not only known locally but internationally.
We are proud to continue this tradition. For your
convenience, we present to you a big selection of these products which are
still manufactured by the descendents of the same people who had started
this industry many years ago.
